Returns

Please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer refund or exchange on any Fleur Du Luxe Flower Arrangements.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Every flower arrangement is made to order so please choose carefully. We are always happy to work with you to ensure you’re happy with your blooms. In the unlikely event they have arrived damaged please email smile@fleurduluxe.com.au and we can organise a replacement for you.

No refunds are given for failure to observe shipping information. Although we specialise in flowers, we are not your local florist. Please understand that we are an e-commerce store and delivery delays are out of our control.
