RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Fleur Du Luxe, each arrangement is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Please choose thoughtfully, as we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or for failure to observe shipping and delivery information.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (fresh flowers, food, or similar consumables)

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Faulty or damaged items

We sincerely apologise if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Smiles Team within 7 days of delivery by emailing smile@fleurduluxe.com.au and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

  • Return method: Approved returns must be sent by mail only. Fleur Du Luxe will provide instructions.

  • Return cost: Free for defective or damaged products (covered by Fleur Du Luxe).

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: Within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Restocking fee: None.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 days from delivery, or for reasons other than defects or damage.


PRIVACY STATEMENT

1. What do we do with your information?

When you purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and payment details. When you browse our site, your computer’s IP address is also automatically received to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotions, or other updates.

By providing personal information to complete a transaction, verify a payment, place an order, arrange delivery, or request a return, you consent to us collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.

For secondary purposes, such as marketing, we will either ask for your expressed consent or provide an opportunity to opt out.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services. Your data is stored securely via Shopify’s databases and servers, protected by firewalls.

Payment

If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card details encrypted under the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure secure handling of credit card information by us and our payment providers.

5. Third-party services

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose information necessary to perform their services. Payment gateways and processors have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.

Your data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions outside Australia, depending on the provider’s infrastructure. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

We follow industry best practices to protect your information from loss, misuse, or disclosure. If you provide credit card details, data is encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption.

  • _shopify_visit: Records site visits (30-minute persistence).

  • _shopify_uniq: Counts visits per customer.
