A very chic and elegent piece. I requested a special note as a gift for my Mum but I'm not too sure what happened as there was no note inside and I did speak to someone via email. Aside from that, I appreciate the responsiveness to my email, thank you!

Hello Tarysha, Thank you for your lovely review. Glad your gift was loved. In regards to the card message, I have sent an email back asking for the card message before I sent your gift. I followed up a day after and still didn't hear anything back. I waited another couple of days. I sent your gift as I was worried holding this back any longer in case it was a special occasion. I have also emailed about this with you some time ago. As it turns out you have sent a card enquiry from a different email address to the one you placed your order with. I have copied both emails in but they were missed. I will forward you the thread again in case it was missed/went into junk fold. I apologise for this inconvenience, I should have waited to hear back prior to sending your gift.
